This website provides general information about Scope Painting and does not constitute engineering, structural, waterproofing, hazardous-material, legal or other specialist advice.

Project appointments

Services, fees, programmes, contracting parties and responsibilities are confirmed only in a written proposal or engagement agreement. Scope Painting does not act as head contractor unless that role is expressly documented and supported by the required capacity, licences and insurance.

Separate service lines

Scope Painting provides services to asset owners and painting contractors through separately controlled service lines. We do not act for competing parties on the same procurement or project, and we do not share one party’s confidential commercial information with another.

Delivery partners and related parties

Scope Painting may coordinate qualified delivery partners. Colonial Painting is a related preferred delivery partner where suitable. Its relationship to Scope is disclosed where relevant and its involvement remains subject to project fit, the selected procurement pathway and client approval.

Procurement pathways

An independent competitive tender excludes Colonial Painting. A disclosed related-party tender requires client approval and appropriate evaluation and information controls. A negotiated preferred-partner pathway is identified from the outset and should use appropriate commercial benchmarking.

Project information and imagery

Representative images are identified where they are not verified Scope Painting case studies. Project results, values and client relationships are not claimed unless verified and approved for publication.
